menu plan monday(2/19/07)



Monday: spaghetti and meatballs, with a salad and garlic bread

Tuesday: Italian sausages(which we didn't eat the last 2 weeks) green beans and Au Gratin potatoes

Wednesday: shredded chicken sandwiches, apple sauces and chips

Thursday:Fish, french fries and corn

Friday: homemade pizza rolls.

Wow I have to say I have never eaten any of those things but they sound yummy.

I was just looking in the freezer the other day and saw a thing of shredded chicken. Have to have that one of these days!

I've never had shredded chicken, is it like pulled pork, pulled off with a fork in pieces? They serve that at Smokey Bones and it is sooo good with the bar-b-que sauce on it so I would think it would be the same with chicken. I'M GETTING HUNGRY!

I can't get my kids to eat meat or chicken unless it's a nugget. We have daily food battles. Thank goodness for Flintstone vitamins or I would really be worried.

You are so great for planning ahead.
