Five Reasons Why I Blog

Now I have to think, is there five reasons why I blog LOL

1. I started my blog as a journal, a place where I could go on and on and on about my children without making all my real life friends and my long time cyber friends sick of hearing about my kids.
2. I also thought this would be a wonderful way to never forget those cute things the kids say or do. My oldest is 11 now and if I would have wrote down all the funny and cute things she has done I could have filled books. Alot of the stuff she did I remember but alot of it is foggy now.. This was a way I wouldn't be foggy, I can go back years from now and read it and enjoy a good laugh.
3. I want this to be something my kids can go back look at when I'm gone and get to know there mom a little better. They know I love them with all my heart but this can be a reminder when the day comes that I can't tell them every day just how much they mean to me.
4. When I 1st started my blog I wasn't going to tell anyone I knew, that i had a blog, I was going to use it as my place to vent when people I knew was making me crazy ;) but since I never found myself doing that and I was enjoying my blog, I wanted to share it with the people I knew so I started letting family and friends know about my blog.
5. Since I started blogging some of my reasons for blogging has changed. I still use it to tell all my fun kid story and as my mommy brag book, but I also use my blog to have fun with stuff like these little memes. Since I started blogging I have made some blogging friends, I really enjoy that. I love seeing comments from all of you, and I love going over and seeing what is new on your blogs. so now a new reason I blog is the interaction with other bloggers.

I think I'll tag some of these new blogging buddies.. So Heather, Tina, Fantastagirl, and Mama C I'm tagging you.

Great reasons to blog! I didn't tell anyone at first either, I guess I was a little embarassed that I might say something stupid or spell words wrong which I do regularly when I forget spell check!lol Thanks for all your kind comments about me being a good Grammie that you left in my comments. I really want to be a hands on Grammie and have been from day one but it's nice to hear those encouraging words that I am doing some good things. A little praise is uplifting, every old dog likes a pat on the head occasionally! hee-hee!

Thanks for the tag. Funny how at first we are embarrased by it. It is such an awesome little world I don't know what I'd do without! Mine is up :)
