14 days & 14 loads.

Before I start this post. I am standing her in amazement.. right before I went to start this post I saw that this is post #695 WOW!!!!!!!!!! I haven't even hit my 2 year blogiversery yet.. goodness what have I been writing about????

ANYWAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
back to the 14 days & 14 loads..
That would be loads of laundry. I have always said I feel like I"m doing laundry every day and I think I'm right. I normally don't pay attention to how much laundry I do in a week, I just do it when we need it or if there is enough for a load or two.. I don't have a set day for laundry or anything like that.. Just throw it in when need be or if I'm at home doing nothing I'll do a load or two or whatever..
BUT my dryer broke 2 weeks ago today.. I had did one load got it washed and dried, did a 2nd got got it washed and placed it in the dryer and started the 3rd load. When I went to get the 2nd load out of the dryer and put the 3rd in.. I found the cloths were still damp so I went to start it again.. and boom it made some grinding sound and then died. Thankfully my grandma lives 5 minutes away so I was able to dry the cloths at her house.. and went on a hunt for a new used dryer.
over the last 2 weeks I have been to grandma's house 5 time to dry laundry.

Friday May 2nd I dried 2 loads there

Tuesday May 6 I dried 3 loads there

Friday May 9 I dried 3 more loads there

Tuesday May 13 I dried 3 more loads there

Then yesterday May 15 I dried 2 more loads over there.

I'm drying a load as I type this post.. 14 days & 14 loads..
ONLY THIS TIME.... I'm not drying at grandmas...
Thanks to my mothers find on Craigslist I'm drying in this.

My like new Whirlpool dryer still with blue protective plastic.. you got to love a good deal.. and the fact that I can wash cloths without packing the kids and cloths into the van and drying someplace is such a great feeling..

Im in the same boat right now with the dryer. Unlucky for me I don't have a grandmas house to dry laundry and have had to dry it on my make shift line

I laugh about the blue protective plastic. My husband tore ours off because it looked tacky he told me.

What a blessing to have another dryer back at your disposal.

We just can't be without our dryers can we?! Especially you guys with big families still at home. Now with just Hubby and me it's not so bad but I still do at least one load almost every day.
Happy birthday to Little Man! Great pictures of all the fun! Got a kick out of your half cake! lol!
Glad your Grampa is out of the hospital and will keep him my prayers for good results on the biopsy. xoxox
