4th of July 2007

Yesterday was the 4th of July. We really didn't have anything planned in the way of big plans. So we did a sort of relaxing and fun day. The night before the kids and I went with my parents to the movies. That was really fun.
The morning of the 4th Princess and Mr Man was in the 4th of July parade here in our town. Princess walked with her D.A.R.E. group and Mr Man road his bike with his baseball league. Princess has been in parade before but this was Mr Man's first time and he was so excited. The pictures from the parade I don't have on the computer yet so they will come later.
Little Man really enjoyed the parade this year and it was fun to watch him, and Sweet Pea loved collecting candy :)
Afterwards the kids had lunch with great grandma and played with there friends.
Later in the evening around dinner time we loaded up the kids into the van and headed to the lake. We had dinner and played at the park and then went to the beach to watch fireworks. Once again the pictures at the park are not on the computer(those and parade pics are from the video camera) but I did have some pictures on the cell phone from the beach before the fireworks.
Here are my babies on the beach, Little Man didn't want to sit for a picture as you can tell Here are my girls, Princess 11 and Sweet Pea 5years old
Here are My boys. Mr Man 7 and Little Man 2 years old
Here I am with DH. Princess took this picture of us.
The fireworks didn't get started till 10pm so the kids had alot of time to play in the sand. We all had a good time. Hope you all had a happy 4th of July.

I loved seeing the pictures of you all on the beach. It brings back memories of how I used to see the fireworks as a kid -- at the shore, in New Jersey.

Love your music, too!
