‎1st day of December.. and it's snowing!!!!!!!!! the kid inside of me is all excited wanting a white December to make it feel more Christmas-ie but the mother who has to drive to Akron Next week for Sweet Pea's doctors appointment doesn't really feel like driving on icey/snowey roads just yet..

There is snow ON THE GROUND..... I'm like a little kid Hahahah... we have had flurries but nothing on the ground.. While it's just a dusting IT IS ON THE GROUND!!!!! :-) As long as it is still good driving for my trip to Akron on Tuesday I'm happy..

spent all morning on the phone again.. Got the appt set with the immunologist for Sweet Pea So heading back to Akron Childrens next tuesday. Tomorrow Dentist for Little Man, Doc appt for Mr man, and then the concert for me. Friday Dentist appt for Princess. Mon, orthodontist appt for Princess and dentist appt for me.. then Tuesday all day in Akron.. ~sigh~ i don't like how having to run everywhere makes the time go by so fast.

dentist for Little Man done, Doc with Mr Man done, they changed his antibiotic he goes back in two weeks hopefully this will clear it up. New a/b picked up.. Lunch in the oven now time for laundry and cleaning the house before the concert tonight.

wow took 2 1/2 hours to load a 5 min video onto facebook... but it was well worth it even if my camera work is shakey and I sometimes forgot I was recording and found myself singing along LOL.. now time to get dress take PRincess to the dentist and then go to work.

one would think when your kids were younger that getting a good group shot would be harder.. but no.. it seems that each year gets worse... Though I guess it was the younger one tonight who just wouldn't smile to save his life and yes his life was threatend :-) So this year christmas card photo will have Little Man not smiling just making goofy faces.

While DH was flipping though the stations tonight he came across Sidewalk Prophets singing there new christmas song.. and not just singing it.. It was taped at lastnight concert... IT was so cool to watch it again.. seeing how my memory card started flashing full when I was taping it lastnight and I spent the rest of the song deleting old stuff off the camera..

I'm thinking a new computer is on top of my christmas list :( this stupid thing was turning off every 10 mins today.. made photo editing a little rough. but the christmas card photo is now being printed so I can maybe get christmas cards out this year.. sending the kids to grandmas tonight to hopefully get a little christmas shopping in.. I have nothing pretty much at this point.

UGh..I ordered the wrong christmas picture...shoot.. well it was the right shot but I did the one with the red eye and not the one I cleaned the red eye up on... OH well too late now.. people will just see my kids with red eyes this year..

got to love when you and your 3rd grader forgets the date and forgets there is a project and paper due the next day.. Sweet Pea and I are out shopping with Grandma only to remember at 8:30 something that her project and paper are due tomorrow.. We get home about 9pm we eat dinner(yes at 9pm) then works on the project until 10:30pm.

went to my moms today while the kids were at school, while driving there it hit me I haven't been to my parents house in 2 months and that was just to park and take the kids trick or treating.. Anyways while there I found some old pictures that were my grandma so I grabbed a handful to scan and put online.. working at that now.

Little Man just broke Princess's finger, I think.. at least it looks broken to me ~sigh~ DH is just going to LOVE coming home to me telling him I think we need to take Princess for X-rays... and to top it off it's her pitching hand and she has a game sunday and a softball tournament on the 28th... while cleaning the kitchen I placed a glass of pop on the table, Mr man came in tossed something on the table and spilled my pop all over the place.. I clean it up get everything un stickey, pour another glass of pop, grab my nook turn on christmas music start cleaning again.. Only to have Little Man come in and spill my pop.. this time on my Nook.. Thankgoodness for the Nook cover.. that is all I have to say..

Grandpa got some good news today.. which means tomorrow they will be going into his heart to see what is going on. I think they are doing the catherization around 8:30am. Thank you for all your prayers this past week and please continue to lift him up to the Lord.

I just got back from dropping Little Man off at a birthday party and didn't see Sweet Pea anywhere, When I found her she was sound asleep with a cat that is not our.. But the big question is why is she sound asleep at 5 something PM?? she can't be getting sick she won't beable to be put under next week if she is..~sigh~

Dentist didn't go as easily as princess had hopped.. They ended up numbing both sides of her mouth and doing more work then excepted, now she is in pain and can't talk very well so she is home and not back at school. but we are getting close to getting all the stuff the braces messed up fixed.. she goes back next Friday.

Good morning so far.. Princess's high school softball team won there 1st winter league game agaist Medina Buckey 4-3.. She got the win coming in at the 3rd inning and pitching the rest of the game. Then it was off to church which is always good.. key thing sticking with me this morning is you Can't Trust and Worry. got the family lunch now I'm thinking it's time to lay around and watch football

Sweet Pea still cant eat solid food, her whole mouth is still hurting.. but this is not keeping her from eating.. Today the girl has ate 4 cans of chicken noodle soup, and a can of spaghetti-o's The one time she tried bitting real food, she ended up crying for about an hour..

Take kids to school, drive Sweet Pea to Medina again for another dentist appt, pick kids up from school, take Little Man to OT, cook dinner, eat dinner, help with homework and baths, take Princess to youth group, pick up from youth group, come home put kids to bed, then climb into bed myself.. that's my day.. some fun stuff there dontchathink??

Where has the school day gone.. I have to leave to do pick ups soon and yet I feel like I just dropped them off.. my house was a crazy mad house this afternoon.. Princess had Sydney, Dustin and Josh over, Sweet Pea had Taylor and Lexie, add my boys into the mix and the place was a zoo and OH SO LOUD.. The teens left to go hang other places and bowl, Lexie went home and Annie went to Taylors.. the boys are sitting her playing wii but everything seems so quite you think I would be enjoying it but I'm missing the maddness..

Party was a blast.. but other plans for the day R not happening. No softball, no church, no dinner at my grandparents. in the middle of the night DH had to drive to my moms and bring Little Man and Sweet Pea home.. Little Man is sick, in pain with his ear hurting him, coughing and vomitting. Sweet Pea isn't doing well and Princess woke up this morning feeling bad.. DH and Mr Man R the only 2 going to church this morning.

DH is outside hanging christmas lights. while they were gone today I set the new tree up.. it's much taller then our old 1& even with bending the top my angle isn't going to fit..hmmm what to do? maybe just put a bow on top?? It was prelit so the lights r on it.. but I think it still needs more lights. So while the tree is up it's no where near done ;-)

Just back from the doctors with the kids, Poor sick Little Man, earinfections in both ears, a bad cold and a tummy bug, got and Rx for the ears and the cold. Sweet Pea today was a recheck on the PANDAS but she woke up sick this morning also.. She now has the cold and tummy bug.. Since she is already on antibiotics for the PANDAS she walked out with a new Rx for the cold. Looks like I'm home today with two sick kiddos.

I don't really understand it.. but sitting wrapped up in a warm blanket watching movies, eating a leftover turkey sandwich and pumkin roll makes me Happy. :-)

spent the morning cancelling every card in my wallet since I have no clue where it is. next shower then 2 the store 2 buy what I need 2 make food 4 Princes's volleyball banquet, pick kids up from school, take Mr man 2 the doctor at 4:30 he's sick. feed kids & send them off 2 the PTO christmas thing tonight at 6(w/my mom) while I take Princess 2 the banquet(DH won't be home yet from work) toss in a few baths&homework

very forgetful today.. goodness... but thankfully Nicole loves me and calls to remind me of things I had forgot, like 9:30 doc appt for Princess(which i went ahead and cancelled)and 4:20 doc appts for Sweet Pea and Little Man which they should keep seeing how they both are not 100% well yet and can't stop coughing..Thank you Nicole now to get these kids to school and then a dentist appt for me..

Happy New Years...

Yea yea i know I'm 10 days late... but seeing that I'm blogging at all is an improvement :)
We had a wonderful New Years Eve this year.. Since becoming parents almost 15 years ago, we have always celebrated New Years Eve at least with one of our children..
Like in 2008 when Princess had two friends over, Mr Man had a friend over and Sweet Pea had a friend over and we just rang in the New Year at home playing wii and games and watching the ball.. That seems to be our norm.
Last year my Parents took my younger 3 kids to TX after Christmas and the rang in the New Year in TX while Princess had a friend from out of state spending the week between Christmas and New Years with us.. and for New Years Eve Princess threw a party at our house to ring in the New Year.

Well this year was a little different then our norm.. DH and I got to go out ALONE.....
We started NYE with me babysitting for the twins while my SIL went to a wedding and that evening when my brother got home from work he and SIL was going to the reception while my Parents watched the twins.. Since my parents were babysitting anyways they offed to keep my kids also.
So around 7pm we dropped Princess off at a friends who was having a NYE party and then order a party size pizza and took it and my children to my brothers and dropped them and the pizza off for the night.
Then DH and I went out on a date.. yes you read that correctly a DATE!!!!!! Yea I know I almost forgot what that was.. but as we got going It all came back to me.
Dinner a romantic walk on the docks(it was warm in the high 50's low 60's) and then a 10pm movie.. got out of the movies just in time to do a count down of our own ringing in the new year as we were driving home
Then at 12:30pm we picked the kids up from my brothers, and Princess up from her friends and she brought another friend home to stay the night.
We got home and played wii Just Dance 2 and watched a movie and ended up going to bed around 4am..

that is how we bought in the new years..

Only problem is we have had sickness in our house ever since.. With Little Man getting sick on the 1st... Now every single person in our home is on an antibiotic.. which I'll post about later on...

Halloween Link Up 2010

Thought I would join in the fun over at 5 mins for moms and play long in the Halloween Link Up. I haven't done any blogging fun in so long, I'm such a bad blogger.
But I did have fun with the kids trick or treating this year so I thought I would share. Our town does Trick or Treating the Thursday before Halloween. This year Princess and friends did not trick or treat in the same area as us. They went to one of her friends neighborhoods but I still have a few pics of them when I dropped her off.

And Princess had planned to meet up with one of her friends who live in my mom town to trick or treat with her.Everyone had fun this Halloween, even if on Halloween day we did nothing Halloween-ish except for scaring the living daylights out of Princess when she got back from youth group that night ;-)

After PM church on Halloween evening, and after the younger kids got out of Awanas and Youth group was over, Princess and the youth group went out for pizza. DH had this idea to scare Princess when she was dropped off at home.. We told Princess to text us when she was on her way home. She did. At that time DH put on a dark coat and Mr Man's trick or treating wig and stood in the dark driveway, When Princess got home and was walking towards the house he jumped out and scared her... OH MY GOODNESS did she scream her head off and so did the rest of the girls in the car along with Crazy J's mom.. Ooopes didn't mean to scare the driver :-)

Facebooking my blog

I never seem to find the time to keep up my blog the way I use to, and the way I want to.. and I always think I'll go back and make up for this.. but I never do..
I had this idea that I should go back a month or so and copy and paste all my facebook updates into my blog, This will do two thing..
1) let me sort of keep the memory of what was going on, here forever in time and
2) give you my loyal readers(LOL yes all 1 of you who are left) and update of what has been going on without me having to find the time to write it all out..

Sept 4, 2010 @12am after working and planning and thinking about this with every free moment I have.. I can safely say that after I pick up the paper work from Sweet Pea's doctor I'm 100% ready to go into this 504 meeting. NOW IF ONLY THEY WOULD SET IT UP!!!!!!!

@ 9am woke up cold this morning... I think I like me this fall like weather. :-)

@ noon my hubby keeps spoiling me with totally unhealthy very fattening but extremely tasty food this week.. Lunch today hamburgers with cheese and bacon and loaded potato skins with Cheddar, bacon and sour cream... YUM!!!!!!!

@8 AM Work, Doc appt for Sweet Pea, Then Soccer practice for Sweet pea & Mr Man, and will finish up the night picking Princess up from youth group.. and somewhere in there feeding, bathing and doing homework with the kids.

@ 4pm The hubby has been called back to work.....:-)
He has been home since June.. he goes back Monday....
I'm happy.. but oh my goodness I have been use to having him home and using him as my babysitter.. now what am I going to do LOL

@ 4:05PM UGH.. heading off to the doctor with Mr Man here in about 30 mins. He has been coughing and complaining about a sore throat for two days now.. No fever But with Sweet Pea and her issues I HAVE to take him in to be tested for the strep.. Praying it is NOT strep..

@ 12:06pm Trying to explain to the hubby, why we need a new couch.. Yes I agree it is extremely comfy and long enough for him to sleep on.. and I love that the two end are recliners and that there is a fold down table with cup holders in the middle.. BUT It is faded, worn and every cushion is torn and has holes in them... It's time for it to go...

I have to have Princess at Volleyball at 8:30am have Mr Man at his soccer game at 8:30AM, Sweet Pea at her soccer game at 8:30am and Little man at his soccer game at 8:30am... Yea I haven't figured out just how we are doing all this yet.. but I do know I need to wake up early tomorrow.. So I should go to bed.. Night all.

@ 12:35 PM Mr Man's team won 7-0, Sweet Pea's team won 6-2, and Little Man's team lost 5-4 BUT Little Man scored 3 of those 4 goals. So he is very pleased :-) Princess still at Volleyball and Sweet pea has softball at 3. Busy day and I need to do laundry and clean the house.

@ 11:50PM Please put this on your status if you know someone (or are related to someone) who suffers from stupidity. Stupidity is a real condition and should be taken seriously. You could be sitting next to a sufferer right now. There is still no known cure for stupidity, but we can raise awareness.......... 93% won't copy and paste this... because............... they don't know how to copy and paste. Will you?

@ 11:58pm Mr man is sick and can't stop coughing to save his life... not only is he not going to get sleep tonight.. I don't think the rest of us are either. :-( I have given him everything I can and he still can't stop coughing.. blah..

@ 2PM Mr man still feeling sick, no fever, but he has chills and still coughing alot. Kept him home from church this morning in hopes that whatever is going on will be gone tomorrow because DH starts back to work in the morning and I still have this week left of the sub job I'm doing So pray he is well tomorrow so he can make it to school.. and that he doesn't pass this lovely stuff around to the rest of us.

@ 10:26PM tomorrow should be interesting. DH goes back to work after 3 1/2 months off and on 1st shift don't remember the last time he worked days.. Plus not only is Mr man not feeling Well Sweet Pea is now complaining her throat hurts.. hope she is better in the morning or it's right to the doctor with her. :-( In happy news I got... to spend time with my favorite twins today :-)

@9:07PM Back from High School Open House.. Princess seems to have alot of good teachers. In other Princess news The Freshman V-ball team lost there game this evening :( 1st lose of the season. In more exciting news Princess made homecoming court :)

@ 11:57PM blah.. I need sleep.. come morning and working with preschoolers I'm going to hate the fact that I'm still awake. but have so much running though my head.. antibiotics, probiotics, symptoms days, Doctors.. I hate that my little girl has to deal with P.A.N.D.A.S. :-(

11:24AM The plan clean the whole house and do laundry today. Tomorrow MrMan soccer at 9am, Little Man's at 10am Sweet Pea's at noon. Princess has a volleyball game at 4:30pm @ Edison. Sunday afternoon Princess has 2 softball games and sun night is the start of awanas.. busy weekend

@ 3:30PM ya know a few hours ago I sent a FB status via cell phone and it never showed up here.. HUMMMM wonder what time it will show.. in any case.. Just dropped Princess and Sydney off to get on the bus.. In a few I'll be heading to Edison for the Volleyball game...

@9:59 PM wonderful day. loaded the van with 6 kids drove 2 hours to Cortland, dropped the 3 who were playing ball off took the 3 who weren't to a fun playground went back to watch 2 softball games, lost one 8-2 then played the same team again and won that one 4-2(Princess pitched that game) drove back home got back just in time to... wash hands & faces headed to church, youth group and the start of awanas. I'm off to bed.

@ 2:30PM Sweet Pea's team lost 3-2, Mr Man's team lost there 1st game ever today 4-3 and Little Man's team won 7-0 and Little Man made 4 of those goals. After soccer the boys went to my parents, Sweet Pea was to have softball, ONLY she isn't doing well again :-( So no softball for her.. Homecoming for Princess later this evening.. hoping to get a few good shots of that..

@12:27AM two homecomings out of the way.. now I'm going to bed.. I'm not feeling very well blah..... so not looking forward to the alarm going off at 5am(for DH) and again at 6am(for Princess) and 7am for the rest of us... night all.

@8:06AM OK sleep seemed to have done nothing for me feeling sick. :-( Thinking my plan today is nothing.. or as little as I can get by with.. this is not a good feeling..

@5:18PM this day hasn't gone at all as planned and i still feel crappy :(

@10:40PM spent my day getting the last of the paper work ready for the 504 meeting for Sweet Pea tomorrow.. Taking Princess to the doctor with strep like symptoms and a 102 fever, and then over to the hospital for xrays on her foot, since we were at the doctors I had them look at her foot and they thought she needed the xrays.. Rap...id strep test was Neg.. and won't have the results of her foot till tomorrow..

@ 4:47PM The 504 meeting went ok today.. Thought it went well till I opened my email a little bit ago and found an email letting me know they need more stuff from the doctor.. Thought I had enough paper work from both her doctors.. guess I'll be making another call into the doctors office to see what we can do..

@10:53PM God is Good!!!!! been in contact back and forth with the school today and I think this 504 thing is working itself out.. Just need to run a few things by Sweet Pea's doctor and I think we are all set good to go. Bad thing is there is already a known case of strep reported in the kindergarten... hummmmm... might be time take Little Man in to be checked and Princess rechecked.

@5:15PM Today started the day at the doctors with Princess, Then came home and steam vac. the living room, took the fall softball shirts over to have numbers put on them, stopped at walmart to pick up some stuff for sick kids, then over to CVS to pick up perscribtions, came home made lunch, then went over and helped my grandma watch the twins from 2-4:30pm about ready to leave for Mr Man's 2 hour soccer pract. which starts at 5:30

@10:21PM I can't stop sneezing...

@11:22PM Night all.. tomorrow holds much of the same for me.. starting the day dropping off kids at school, then if Princess doesn't have a fever will be taking her to her dentist appt in the morning, then coming home and cleaning the carpet in the dinning room.. and who knows what more after that.. maybe go get my baby fix helping with the twins again :-) though I should start on the bedrooms but what fun would that be.
