Sick again.~sigh~
When you have 4 kids it seems there is always someone sick in the household, but we have gone a few weeks without anyone being sick.. UNTIL today, this morning Princess woke up saying her throat hurts, I didn't think much of it. I told her to drink something warm and she was off to get dressed for school. Then she came out and said her head hurt also, so we gave her some Tylenol and she went and got her shoes on and got her agenda for me to sign and she packed up her bag for school.. She then laid down on the couch I asked her what she wanted for breakfast she said she wasn't hungry I told her she had to eat something and she said, I just don't feel good.. I took a look at her and she looked sick so I felt her head and she was hot. I went and got the thermometer and sure enough she was 101.4
So she is home from school today.. with her migraines she was getting she was missing school when she had them so missing today puts her up to 14 absents for the year.. UGH..
The poor thing ~sigh~ she came out and laid on the couch to watch some TV around 10am and she fell asleep it is now pushing 1:30pm and she is still sound asleep on the couch..
I pray she is better before Thursday.. That is the big academic challenge thing that there team advanced too. She is already missing practise for it tonight and this was the last one before Thursday, she was hoping she would feel better and could go a 1/2 day of school so she wouldn't have to miss it but there is no way she is making it. If she is still sick Thursday and can't compete she is going to be so upset.

I hope princess feels better soon! My dd is bored with school and so she always finds a reason for us to come and get her. We got this wonderful letter in the mail that said if she missed two more days she would have to repeat the grade (the student that has straight a's). That letter has been wonderful. She has gotten up everyday and went. I'm thinking of sending one to her next year to scare her into staying at school!LOL No next year she has two pre-ap classes so hopefully she won't be bored or too stressed!

Poor Princess! I know it sure doesn't take long for the sickies to come back. Jason comes down every other weekend and I swear every time he leaves we catch something. He brings Ashland germs down, Ugh! Hope she recovers quickly! Glad to see you are back though :)
