Everywhere you go today you will hear people talking about eating right and eating healthy.. You see it on TV, you hear about it on the radio, and as all of you know almost every other blog out there is on the kick.. Eating right, organic, raw, natural.. Everyone is watching what they eat.
Last night while I was preparing dinner, it hit me that I need to watch what I'm cooking a little more carefully.
So for today's lunch I watched what I was preparing and it was something good in protein, Calcium and iron
and tasty too. ;-)
What it was a good source of those things LOL, see it says so on the box..
And after lastnight dinner I did learn that i needed to keep a close eye on the stuff I cook, I mean I wouldn't want lunch to turn out like the garlic bread from last night after I forgot about it..
